The Creative Farm

The Creative Farm attracts some of Denver and Boulder’s best creative talent. We now have multiple locations providing individuals and small businesses the ability to work near where they live.

If you are in a different town or state, and like the idea of bringing a Creative Farm to you, let us know.  To further our goal of supporting creatives, one of the best ways to do this is through creating a national and international linked network.  If there are creatives in your town looking for a space to share ideas and work, let us know and maybe we can help.

• The Creative Farm Highlands is adjacent to the historic Highlands Neighborhood in northwest Denver and just blocks from beautiful Sloans Lake.
• The Creative Farm at Colfax & York has two separate buildings-both on the corner of Colfax and York, in the middle of the dynamic East Colfax strip that includes the Tattered Cover Book Store in the old Lowenstein Theater and Twist & Shout next door. Abend Galleryis right across the street from us.
• The Creative Farm in the Hand Building is also on the corner of Colfax and York.
• The Creative Farm Eldorado Springs provides true studio space for fine artists in the absolutely stunning setting of Eldorado Springs, south of Boulder. We work with the Eldorado Springs Art Center to create this opportunity.
• The Creative Farm in the Lower Highlands is in the heart of the re-developing area of 32nd between Clay and Zuni.  There are multiple eateries, and it is on the RTD route between downtown and west Denver on 32nd Avenue.
• 2220 East Colfax is the latest addition to The Creative Farm.  The front entry is turning into a neighborhood gathering place, and is focused around conversation, coffee, food, and community. The mezzanine at 2220 East Colfax is devoted to individuals working in a collaborative manner.  The second floor includes the shared private conference room that is available to all Creative Farm members in this location, as well as a kitchen, bathroom (with shower for those wanting exercise over lunch) and three beautiful private office spaces. The top floor, affectionately called "the attic" is a large open space with windows on all sides.
