Right now we are opening The Cube Building, a new Creative Farm at 2319 E. Colfax, which is in between Josephine and York. We have a number of different work spaces available in that building. We also have a great corner office in the Bank Building, at 1509 York.
The Cube Building Creative Farm is now available!
The Cube Building is in the heart of the re-developing Colfax Corridor. The building has a Colfax Avenue address, and is located between Josephine and York. These offices are currently leasing, with new tenants moving in weekly. The offices have glass walls separating private offices, a large lobby, a conference room with a white board wall, and great kitchen facility. Private offices start at $495/mo.

The Bank Building Creative Farm
The Bank Building Creative Farm, on the northwest corner of Colfax and York, and one beautiful corner office available for $525/mo. Wood floors, high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and views of the Rockies highlight the space. This, of course, also includes access to our conference facilities, kitchen, and working next to all the other great creatives in the building.

Historic Highlands Creative Farm
The Highlands Creative Farm is currently full. If you are interested in being added to the wait list, please email us. Spaces open up, and sometimes it is difficult to anticipate when a space might be available. The best way to get into the Creative Farm is to let us know you want to join us.
