We are very proud to have three distinct locations in Denver, including newest Creative Farm at 2319 E. Colfax. This is a great location on Colfax in between Josephine and York. Two blocks to the east is the Tattered Cover and Twist n Shout Records. New restaurants have opened next door, and there is great energy in this redeveloping segment of Colfax. Come join in the energy and become part of the emerging Creative Class in Denver.
The Creative Farm started with a simple idea: to support the growth and development of the creative community. One important way we do this is by providing comfortable, inspiring, and affordable work space for creatives. We are fortunate to attract a cross-section of individuals, small start-ups and growing companies in various creative fields.
Collaborative spaces
We know how creatives think and this is reflected in our facilities. Collaboration is key. We incorporate common spaces for discourse, and activate each location with like-minded creatives. Quiet, reflective times are also needed, and private work spaces provide this. We understand creatives are most productive and creative when surrounded with the right company. With over 30 businesses in our different locations, we constantly implement new ideas to keep our people happy and to encourage additional creatives to join us.
Creative Farm on Colfax & YOrk
We provide everything you need to support your business. And better yet, it’s all included when you join us. We have great conference facilities for you to host clients, colleagues, or to use when you need a different space to brainstorm. We provide scanning and faxing, as well as high speed wireless internet. Weekly cleaning keeps things tidy, too. We also provide networked printing at cost.
